Standard conditions of use for this reserve include:
a) The permit holder must ensure the reserve is left in a clean and tidy condition.
b) The permit holder is responsible for removing all rubbish generated from their event from the reserve by the end of their permit term at their own cost.
c) The permit holder is responsible for repairing any damage caused to the reserve and its buildings during the permit term at their own cost.
d) The permit holder must protect all native vegetation (including native grasses) from damage including to the roots, stems and branches, at all times during the licensed term.
e) Parking of vehicles is restricted to approved areas and existing gravel tracks.
f) The permit holder is responsible for providing drinking water required for the event at their own cost.
g) The Knob Recreation Reserve Management Committee accepts no liability for loss or damage to any items brought in by the permit holder or their guests. All items must be removed at the end of the term.
The Knob Recreation Reserve Management Committee reserves the right to include additional conditions to ensure public land values are protected.
You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application, and when your event is approved, you will be notified of relevant fee for use, and will receive a permit detailing terms and conditions.
